Project / recent work: CS Pipe - 2200 mm (Dia) line Work (3 line @ 100 Meter) Source: PMS Engineering Business Profile 2026, page 9 Note from the profile: Method of Work: The welding work has been completed in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) as per ASME Section IX. Weld joint integrity has been verified through Radiographic Testing (RT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT). A PP Heat Shrink Sleeve has been applied to protect the weld joint from corrosion. The integrity and continuity of the applied sleeve have been confirmed through a Holiday Test to ensure it is free from pinholes or defects. As the pipeline is installed underground, these measures collectively ensure long-term protection and reliability of the welded joint. Testing and Inspection: According to approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
